Returns are accepted for refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 DAYS from received date.
Merchandise must have all original tags and labels attached, must not have been worn, altered or washed, and must be in a new and unused condition.
Merchandise marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
Only merchandise purchased from www.gpointmarket.com will be accepted for returns or exchanges.
Merchandise purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.
HOW TO SHIP A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Email us at email@example.com with the following information.
– Order Number
– Product SKU# you would like to return or exchange
– Reason for return or exchange
– If only returning, please specify refund or store credit
We will get back to you within 72 hrs. with a return authorization number.
Once you receive the RA#, pack and seal your box securely and please include a note with the RA# along with the merchandise being returned.
The cost of returned shipments to our facility is the customer’s responsibility.
However, in the event that the item received was defective,
we will email a pre-paid return label within 24-48 hours from the day the request is initiated (not including weekends).

REFUNDS TO CREDIT CARD
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
In order for a refund to be issued in the original form of payment, all returnable item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date the original package was delivered.
All orders that have exceeded this time frame, or are returned without a RA# will be returned sender at the senders expense.
This policy strictly enforced. We inspect every item that is returned before processing refunds.
In the event that a returned item is marked as defective, but is found to be in good sell-able condition, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note we can’t be held responsible for any damages to items that have occurred through wear, wash or alteration.
Any defective item will be considered on a case-by-case basis upon return to our facility.
If the exchange is for an item that is of greater value, we will re-bill the initial credit card for the payment balance.
You will be notified via email when refund transactions / credits have taken place.
